1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OREPass ("the platform", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
OREPass provides an online revision platform for the GDC Overseas Registration Examination (ORE) Part 1. The platform includes practice questions, timed mock exams, performance analytics, and study tools. All content is for educational and revision purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not share your account with any other person.
- Each subscription allows access for one individual user only. Sharing login details may result in account suspension.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or three-monthly basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee at each renewal period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
6. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial providing access to a limited number of questions and features. Free trial access is limited to one per user and may not be combined with any promotional offer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including questions, explanations, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of OREPass and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer
OREPass is not affiliated with the General Dental Council (GDC). Content on this platform is intended to support revision and does not constitute professional or clinical advice. We make no guarantee of exam success. Exam format and syllabus details should always be verified directly with the GDC.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OREPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
